Questions

What people always ask

Where do you work from?

From Colombia, for anywhere. The invitation is a link: it opens the same in Bogotá, Mexico City or Miami, and it doesn't depend on email or on installing anything.

How long does it take?

Regular, 5 to 8 business days from the moment we have your words and photos. Express, 2 to 3 business days. The clock starts with the content, not with the payment.

How do I receive it and how do I share it?

As a link. You open it, review it and send it over WhatsApp, Instagram or email. It isn't downloaded, it doesn't expire and it takes up no space on anyone's phone.

What if something changes after I've sent it?

You message us and we change it the same day. The link stays the same, so anyone who already had it sees the new information without you resending a thing.

How do guests RSVP?

They tap a button and WhatsApp opens with the message already written: you get their name and how many are coming. Premium also gives you a dashboard with the list kept current, so you're not counting messages by hand.

How do you handle passes per family?

Each invitation can carry the number of passes written into it. Nobody has to guess whether they can bring someone, and you don't have to say it over the phone.

Can I ask for design changes?

Yes. Two rounds of adjustments are included. Fixing a fact, like a time or an address, never counts as a round.

What are the extras?

Sections not every event needs: schedule, hotels, transport, honeymoon or the parents' names. They're added one at a time so you don't pay for what you won't use.

Can I add music?

Yes, one background track. It starts when the guest taps the screen, never on its own: nobody wants their phone going off in a meeting.

How do I pay?

We sort out the method on WhatsApp when we quote. It starts with a deposit and the rest once you approve the invitation.
