Data and privacy

What data passes through an invitation, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.

Who is responsible

celebrame.co, based in Colombia, acts as the data controller. For any request about your data, message us on the WhatsApp number shown on the site.

What we collect

From the client: the content they hand us for their invitation — names, date, venue, photographs and words. From the guest: only what they type when they RSVP, which is their name and how many people are coming. That reply is for whoever is hosting and shows up on their guest list dashboard. On the sample invitations on this site nothing you type is sent or stored: the answer stays on your screen.

What we do not collect

The site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Visit measurement is aggregated and anonymous: it counts page views, not people. Invitations never ask guests for an email address, an ID number or payment details.

What it is used for

To build the invitation, deliver it and keep the event’s guest list. Data is not sold, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes and not used to send you advertising.

How long it is kept

An invitation’s content is kept while the link is live and for up to twelve months after the event, so it can be restored if the client asks. After that it is deleted.

Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw the authorisation you gave us. Message us on WhatsApp; we reply within the terms Colombian law sets.

Client photographs

The photographs and testimonials shown on this site are published only with the express authorisation of the people in them, and that authorisation can be withdrawn at any time.
